• 2+ years of inside sales experience or account management (preferably in B2B or industrial, public safety, government, military, law enforcement, or fire department) • Safety and/or industrial distribution knowledge is highly preferred • Strong interpersonal communication skills across a variety of platforms • Self-starter spirit and proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including Dynamics), CRMs, and other company software platforms • Analytical Mindset - Comfortable interpreting reports, tracking KPIs, and using data to improve performance. • Intermediate to Expert knowledge of Salesforce or similar systems • Technical Aptitude - Ability to quickly learn product lines, safety equipment, and customer applications. • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
