📋 Description
• Support the incorporation of the local entity in Cameroon • Open and manage local bank accounts • Grow the FX and blockchain payments business • Act as the local face of the company • Monitor local and regional developments in FX regulation • Work closely with the global operations, compliance, legal, and finance teams • Serve as nominee director for the local entity
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, FX, blockchain, or fintech • Clear understanding of Cameroon's financial regulations, market players, and trade lifecycles • Solid understanding of the regulatory environment in Cameroon (COBAC/BEAC) • Demonstrated success in launching new products or markets • Strong commercial negotiation skills • Fluent in English and French
