📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy new features to production, ensuring high-quality, maintainable, and scalable code • Participate in shaping the product roadmap and contribute ideas to improve user experience and platform functionality • Write clean, well-tested code, aiming for high test coverage and adherence to best practices • Maintain and enhance the platform’s infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code to ensure reliability and resilience • Work with a multi-region AWS cloud environment to support scalable and high-availability solutions. • Leverage the Ruby on Rails framework and MySQL database to develop backend functionality and ensure smooth integration with front-end components • Participate in continuous delivery processes to release updates rapidly and efficiently • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to customers • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable features that meet customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Ruby on Rails Developer or Full Stack Developer specializing in Ruby on Rails • Strong understanding of MVC (Model-View-Controller) architecture – able to design and implement scalable, maintainable web applications following MVC principles • Experience with relational databases – skilled in designing, querying, and optimizing SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL • Proficient in RESTful API design and development – able to create secure and scalable APIs for web and mobile applications • Front-end collaboration with JavaScript – able to integrate Rails back-end with front-end using vanilla JavaScript, implement dynamic user interfaces, and troubleshoot basic front-end interactions • Proficient in GitLab and version control workflows – experienced with branching strategies, merge requests, CI/CD pipelines, and collaborative development • Experience with AWS cloud platform – hands-on experience with deployment, scaling, and managing web applications on AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) • Experience with MiniSpec – skilled in writing unit and functional tests to ensure code quality and reliability • Experience with Cucumber – familiar with behavior-driven development (BDD) for writing automated acceptance tests and improving collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
