📋 Description

• Deliver on-site enrollment and education services for retirement plans and investments • Participate in virtual enrollment and education meetings and deliver remote presentations • Provide support to internal and external partners • Build and maintain relationships with plan sponsors and Financial Representatives • Collaborate with intermediaries to schedule and conduct on-site and virtual enrollment/education meetings • Conduct website and mobile app demonstrations tailored to employees, participants, and plan sponsors • Respond to questions and concerns about plan service features, products, and 401(k) retirement savings programs • Assist plan sponsors and intermediaries with on-site enrollment meetings • Ensure accurate use of enrollment and online account management tools • Influence positive participant outcomes through employee education and enrollment initiatives • Track client meeting activity in Salesforce CRM • Manage Travel & Expense reporting in the TREC/Concur system • Adjust plans with short notice when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• College degree or equivalent work experience in benefits education, particularly in the pension and/or defined contribution sector • 2+ years of experience in a similar role • Excellent presentation and communication skills • Strong understanding of investment and market principles • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time, and stay organized • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to communicate complex information to audiences with differing levels of sophistication • Tech savviness and ability to effectively use multimedia tools and techniques • Excellent problem-solving skills and resourcefulness • NASD Series 6 and 63 are an asset but not required • Life insurance and variable license as determined for territory coverage, or ability to obtain as part of training • Spanish and English language proficiency is a significant asset but not required
