📋 Description

• Inspire staff to achieve great group disability results • Hire, develop, and retain industry top talent • Proactively monitor workflow, overall service delivery, and conduct performance management • Ensure effective disability management practices are appropriately utilized • Collaborate with overall disability management team to deliver exceptional client relations • Meet and connect regularly with clients through a variety of communication methods • Utilize data to identify trends and areas of improvement • Foster a continuous improvement culture

🎯 Requirements

• Fully bilingual (French/English) • Knowledge in medical terminology, treatment, and/or physical/mental functional ability assessment • Knowledge of Group Disability and best-in-class case management practices • Completion of post-secondary education in health sciences field • 2+ years of work experience in a clinical setting in a health-related field • 3-4 years of managing health recovery absences • Comprehensive knowledge and application of duty to accommodate and Privacy & confidentiality legislation • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
