📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement projects and cases for the NavieGo branch • Manage all aspects required to obtain prescription drug coverage for patients • Coordinate documents, submissions, and related paperwork with insurance companies and public/federal funding programs • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding has been obtained • Acquire in-depth knowledge of public, private, and federal funding mechanisms • Manage assigned patient cases overall • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned healthcare providers • Collaborate with the dispensing BioScript Pharmacy pharmacist

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingualism in English and French is required • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer/client service • Prior experience in a reimbursement role is a strong asset • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google Apps, Word, and Excel • Professional, courteous, and efficient telephone manner • Ability to organize time, set priorities, and multitask to meet competing deadlines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Attention to detail • Ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently • Out-of-the-box thinking approach • Able to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM EST
