📋 Description

• Delivering friendly, helpful, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and more • Scheduling appointments and reminding customers about upcoming service needs • Managing workload and juggling priorities with ease • Following up on inquiries and solving issues with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Keeping customer records up to date and handling confidential info with care • Collaborating with our dealerships to ensure seamless communication and top-tier customer service • Conducting outbound calls to proactively reach out to customers and drive business to dealerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English • Tech-savvy with strong computer skills and Microsoft Office know-how (Outlook, Excel, Word) • A people person with a passion for great service • Great communication skills • Organized, with ability to juggle priorities • Motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to bring your A-game every day • A team player who also shines when working independently • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
