📋 Description

• Provide corporate card sales and service to BMO customers or prospects • Advise customers on corporate card strategies and products, including credit cards • Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures • Identify and make qualified referrals to other groups within the CCC • Stay current on consumer needs, industry trends, best practices, and the regulatory environment • Provide training and coaching to junior associates as needed • Handle customer inquiries in an informed, professional, and efficient manner • Probe to understand customer needs and provide advice on personal banking and credit card strategies • Manage transactional outcomes of customer calls or defer to appropriate internal business groups • Escalate complex or unresolved customer situations to the CCAM/CCM • Complete documentation after calls to accurately process customer requests • Integrate marketing promotions and programs into customer conversations where appropriate • Maintain confidentiality of customer and Bank information • Identify and report suspicious activity related to money laundering • Adhere to Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, FCAC consumer provision, and Privacy Act requirements • Complete complex and diverse tasks within given rules and limits, including escalations from other employees • Analyze issues and determine next steps • Perform broader work or accountabilities as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study desirable, or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Knowledge of BMO credit card products • Knowledge of competitive marketplace and trends in product offerings • Specialized knowledge • Good verbal and written communication skills • Good organization skills • Good collaboration and team skills • Good analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluent in French and English • Availability Monday to Sunday, 7AM–11PM EST • Ability to work 37.5 hours per week
