📋 Description

• Assist reimbursement processes to enable timely and accurate handling of coverage-related requests • Coordinate benefits-related documentation, case updates, follow-ups, and reimbursement support communications • Resolve routine reimbursement issues and documentation gaps • Maintain accurate case records and reimbursement documentation • Monitor reimbursement trends and recurring issues for proactive resolution • Work with stakeholders to clarify reimbursement requirements and support case resolution • Contribute to process improvements and operational readiness efforts

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience required • 2+ years of experience in reimbursement support, patient services, customer operations, healthcare support services, case coordination, claims support, or a related field required • Certification in reimbursement support, patient access, customer support, service management, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, or process improvement preferred
