âą French bilingual language fluency is 100% required âą Minimum of Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Health field. âą Superior active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to be empathetic to all client concerns âą Outstanding customer service skills âą Clinical assessment experience in the following areas: mental health, chemical dependency, and crisis stabilization âą Sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in order to resolve client issues effectively âą Experience working with clients in crisis âą Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task âą Excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependable âą Stable work history required. âą Intermediate computer skills.
