📋 Description

• Accurately handle increasingly complex client service requests at the initial point of contact • Use multiple administrative systems within defined service standards • Maintain outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards • Keep current with company policies, procedures, and processing knowledge • Support Call Centre, Distributor Services, and Technical Support business areas • Process financial and non-financial transactions, including trade acceptance, placement, and settlement • Prepare outbound phone, fax, and mail communications to advisors and dealers

🎯 Requirements

• Customer service focus and skills with the ability to build positive relationships between customers/company and represent Manulife’s best interests • Organizational/prioritization skills to work in a multitasking environment • Attention to detail • Ability to work overtime consistently as required by business needs • Fully bilingual French/English; ability to communicate in both languages to support clients from various jurisdictions outside Quebec • Investments background, with Segregated Funds as a strong asset • Customer service skills • PC/Microsoft proficiency; iFast and AWD would be an asset • Ability to maintain processing expertise and keep current with systems and products • Ability to deal with multiple cases simultaneously in a timely manner
