📋 Description

• Promote a full range of Wealth Management solutions to Advisors • Provide Advisors with access to Portfolio Managers and Strategists • Provide proactive sales and business-building ideas • Align Advisors’ needs with technology, product, and service solutions • Work with an External Wholesaler and Territory Coordinator • Drive sales growth and manage relationships within a defined region • Develop business within an established training program toward becoming an External Wholesaler • Execute a repeatable and measurable sales process • Persuade and negotiate through consultation and active listening • Deliver effective presentations to different audiences • Schedule time to work on and in the business • Prospect and develop sales opportunities • Use technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Develop innovative sales strategies, marketing concepts, and product applications • Become an expert in Wealth Management solutions and strategies

🎯 Requirements

• College or University degree in a related field is preferred • Prior sales experience in the financial services industry, ideally with familiarity in advisor practice management • Knowledge of Wealth Management products, including Annuities and Segregated Funds • Understanding of global financial markets • Successful completion of industry-related courses such as CSC, IFIC, or CFP, or working toward completion, is preferred • Ability to persuade and negotiate through consultation and active listening • Effective presentation skills • Ability to prioritize and manage time • Proven sales acumen, business development, and prospecting proficiency • Aptitude for technological advancements • Knowledge of the current industry landscape and competitors • Ability to develop innovative sales strategies, marketing concepts, and product applications • Willingness to become an expert in Wealth Management solutions and strategies • Positive and energetic • Resilient, ambitious, self-motivated, adaptable to change, results-oriented, and coachable
