📋 Description

• Drive adoption of the Power Platform according to Microsoft best practices and security standards • Engage with business segments to define and design AI agents using Copilot Studio • Train and educate global teams in Power Platform development and security best practices through workshops • Guide architects and developers on Power Platform architecture design principles during business projects • Review current designs, objectives and technologies and propose modifications aligned with Power Platform principles • Work with Segment and Enterprise architects to create repeatable patterns for standard integrations and configurations • Collaborate with the Enterprise Technology Services Power Platform team on projects • Help deliver a capable, well-governed and compliant Power Platform service at Manulife

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10 years' experience as a Cloud developer • 5 years’ experience in Power Platform / Dynamics 365 as a pro-code developer • 5 years' experience in Power Platform / Dynamics as a solutions architect or a lead engineer • 2 years' experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub and Power Platform CLI • Strong experience analyzing solutions for business and security requirements across multiple Power Platform projects • Expert-level knowledge of Dataverse and Dataverse security • Expert knowledge of Power Apps, including Canvas and Model-Driven apps • Expert knowledge of Power Automate cloud and desktop flows • Knowledge of Power Pages, Copilot Studio, Akamai and Power BI (Fabric) • Strong experience with Azure services such as Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SQL, Data Lake, Service Bus and Application Insights • Experience designing and developing multiple Dynamics Apps in the same Dynamics environment, leveraging common core entities and data • Experience in Power Platform administration, including environments, capacity, licensing and custom tooling • Power Platform developer and architect certifications are desirable • Large complex environment experience is desired but not required
