📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping journey • Provide product recommendations and sizing guidance • Place orders and provide status updates • Process returns and exchanges • Resolve shipping issues • Master operational procedures for efficient and accurate order processing • Collaborate across departments to deliver the best possible customer experience • Relay customer feedback to Ops and Product Development teams to drive improvements • Develop comprehensive business-operations knowledge to provide informed assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Immediate start / ASAP • Availability ideally on Sunday, Monday, and Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm EST, approximately 24 hours per week • Ability to flex up to 40 hours per week during the BFCM sale period, November 17 – December 15 • U.S.-based residence required • Bright, welcoming, empathetic, and gracious customer-facing presence • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable using various customer service platforms • Ability to craft personal, caring responses across email and messaging • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Ability to manage one's own schedule while working remotely • Ability to handle multiple priorities • Previous e-commerce customer service team experience ideal • Previous retail experience ideal • Experience with Shopify and Gorgias ideal
