📋 Description

• Transform sales opportunities into compelling presentation experiences • Connect client insights, Maritz strategy, subject matter expertise and messaging into cohesive stories • Identify dynamic agenda flows and write/edit messaging for presentation-stage responses • Conduct proposal-stage research and translate client insights into themes and storylines • Partner with Marketing Designers to support presentation creative vision • Develop distinctive presentation elements and new ways to tell the Maritz brand story • Schedule and lead team calls • Manage timelines, deliverables and presentation assets • Coordinate multimedia, presentation materials and final delivery details • Keep teams connected and on track through presentation execution and post-delivery debriefs • Shape sales enablement content for Corporate and Association, Tradeshow & Live Event markets • Create stories, messaging and supporting assets for sales teams • Develop and evolve case studies, product overviews, email campaigns and capabilities presentations • Partner with Marketing Designers to maintain unified internal and external marketing materials • Keep capabilities content current for new business pursuits and expansion opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required • 7 plus years of experience in related professional field required • Experience in a project management role dealing with services preferred • Strong understanding of Maritz Business Events Solutions products, services, operations and overall approach to business preferred • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Ability to work at times under short deadlines • Professional written and oral communications skills • Proven ability to present strategic recommendations • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Authorization to work permanently in the U.S. required • Sponsorship for work authorization is not provided; applicants needing sponsorship now or in the future are not eligible
