Marketplace Care Canada provides a personalized and proactive employee care service through the use of Care Teams which are voluntary to use, neutral from company operations, and strictly confidential. Male, female, and ethnically diverse Care Partners are assigned to each location making regularly scheduled brief worksite visits.

📋 Description

• Serves as a messenger and conveyor of faith, mission, and purpose. • Works with companies to serve notifications of death and serious injuries to families and other employees. • Interacts with companies, their employees, and the community in a manner that exhibits character through personal and spiritual disciplines. • Participates in new employee orientation to explain the Employee Care Service.

🎯 Requirements

• Has ability to work as member of interdisciplinary group and in an interfaith setting. • Skills to effectively listen and interact with clients, employees, and their families. • Spiritual maturity and commitment to a Christian lifestyle and to Marketplace Care Canada Ministry values. • Excellent oral and written communication skills. • Demonstrated skill in analyzing information to define and follow up on problems or objectives. • Must have active state driver's license and state minimum auto insurance.
