📋 Description

• Leading guided fishing expeditions for guests, ensuring safety and adherence to fishing regulations. • Proficiency in navigating expansive water bodies is advantageous. • Promoting and enforcing safe boating practices during fishing excursions. • Assisting with the unloading of float planes and ensuring the safe transport of equipment and supplies. • Participating in general camp duties, including maintaining a tidy and organized camp environment. • Instructing guests on fishing techniques and aiding as needed. • Knowledge of local flora and fauna to enhance the overall wilderness experience. • Maintaining fishing equipment and ensuring its proper functioning. • Upholding environmental conservation practices during fishing activities. • Providing excellent customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a fishing guide preferred. • In-depth knowledge of sport fishing techniques, equipment, and local fishing regulations. • First Aid and CPR certification. • Pleasure Craft Operator Card (PCOC) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Physical fitness and ability to handle outdoor conditions. • Successful security clearances are required. It is recommended you get a copy of your criminal record check when applying.
