📋 Description

• Sell and maintain distribution of assigned products. • Present display programs to customers and recommend order quantities. • Present and sell reservation sheets (bulletins) to stores. • Ensure that all listed products are in stock and properly arranged on shelves with the appropriate price labels. • Replenish displays, including Mars Snacking stands and racks. • Collaborate with customers to secure secondary display space for display installations. • Set up point-of-sale (POS) materials and other marketing tools, where applicable. • Rotate products on shelves and in the back room to ensure optimal quality and freshness. • Keep relevant data up to date in field sales data collection software. • Manage the territory effectively by ensuring optimal customer coverage and efficient use of time and resources. • Plan and organize the route according to the company’s call coverage model. • Keep the District Sales Manager (DSM) informed of territory activities. • Maintain an adequate inventory of merchandising supplies and point-of-sale materials. • Follow company procedures for processing credits and checks. • Manage assigned customers within the territory, develop distribution, sell promotional and display programs, and execute merchandising activities.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required at a minimum. • Ability to lift products weighing up to 50 lb (23 kg). • Ability to drive approximately 100 km per day as part of sales visits. • Ability to perform repetitive movements, including getting in and out of a vehicle, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, and grasping objects. • Sales experience is an asset. • Ability to maintain the level of automobile insurance required by Mars Snacking. • Valid Canadian driver’s licence.
