📋 Description

• Drive the full recruitment cycle for complex and niche positions • Own the recruitment process and ensure successful, timely hires • Lead executive search projects, including market mapping, headhunting, direct outreach, and stakeholder expectation management • Partner with business leaders to shape hiring strategies • Provide market insights and advise on role design • Adapt recruitment approaches to business needs • Oversee and optimize the hiring pipeline • Ensure transparency, accurate forecasting, and delivery against SLA/KPI targets • Advise hiring managers and align hiring priorities • Support interview quality and structured, objective evaluation • Proactively source top talent using advanced sourcing techniques and international market research • Develop and maintain a talent network for future hiring pipelines • Use recruitment analytics to monitor funnel health and identify bottlenecks • Drive continuous recruitment process improvements • Champion a professional, transparent, and caring candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Tech/IT/Product Recruitment, covering engineering and non-tech roles • Experience in executive search and hiring senior leadership roles • Close collaboration with top management • Fluency in Russian and English • Strong expertise in full-cycle recruitment • International hiring and relocation experience • Ability to build and develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers • Ability to guide hiring managers, influence decision-making, and train them on recruitment best practices • Skills in managing recruitment pipelines, planning, forecasting, and maintaining candidate flow • Experience with recruitment analytics and metrics including time to hire, conversion rates, and offer acceptance rate • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Strong networking abilities • In-depth knowledge of international talent markets
