📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues professionally • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions • Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets • Provide customer support from a home-based environment • Operate a computer, telephone headset, and other office equipment • Sit or stand for long periods while performing duties • Occasionally move about the office, reach, raise or lower objects, and move or exert force up to 40 pounds

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to start work immediately • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection • Quiet, distraction-free workspace • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must complete all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada
