📋 Description

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and courteously • Assist with inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies • Document customer interactions and feedback in the system • Follow company procedures and escalate complex issues when necessary • Provide customer support and service from a home-based environment

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous customer service or call center experience preferred • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills • Ability to work independently in a remote setting • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace • Must complete all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint • Must be willing to submit to drug screening; does not apply in Canada
