📋 Description

• Represent recognized brands during the night shift • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls • Provide customer service, technical support, and customer sales interactions • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, focusing on first-call resolution • Research and retrieve information using internal systems • Collaborate with other teams as needed • Document and process customer claims and interactions accurately • Follow scripts, policies, procedures, and training resources • Handle sensitive information confidentially • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team or manager • Attend ongoing training to stay current on products and processes • Identify opportunities to upsell products and services • Meet attendance, reliability, and night-shift scheduling requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 18 years or older • High school diploma or equivalent • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Familiarity with Windows operating systems • Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and troubleshooting skills • Reliable, punctual, motivated, and strong work ethic • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and self-manage • Customer-first mindset; empathetic, patient, and responsive • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Must complete a full application, screening questions, and a brief pre-employment test • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based • Must be willing to submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation with fingerprinting • Must be willing to submit to drug screening
