📋 Description

• Acquire new business in the North American market • Sell McLean & Company’s Membership to executive leaders in HR, Talent, and L&D • Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly • Make 80+ personalized calls/emails daily within strategic cadences • Conduct one hour of research before each meeting • Tailor discussions to clients’ specific challenges • Use the “Value Selling” framework to uncover root business needs • Demonstrate how the Membership Platform delivers measurable results • Manage the full sales cycle from pipeline creation through closing

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives • Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment • Experience with full-cycle sales, from pipeline creation to closing • Experience engaging senior executives; HR experience is a plus but not required • Proven consultative approach focused on delivering tangible business value • Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills • Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for continuous learning • Intellectual curiosity about HR’s impact on business outcomes • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recommended
