• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred • 7+ years of proven experience in healthcare operations related to revenue integrity, coding, finance, revenue cycle management, patient accounting and/or physician billing • 7+ years of healthcare consulting experience • Proven success leading large-scale Revenue Integrity strategic development and implementations • Full understanding of charge capture and charge reconciliation processes, including electronic health record charge links to the CDM and charge capture processes • Professional certifications such as CPAM or CRCP, or demonstrated progress toward such certifications, a plus • Advanced Excel proficiency and experience in financial modeling and analysis • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills • Experience with SQL, SPSS, Power BI, benchmarking, and MGMA survey data a plus • Project leadership and workplan management experience for opportunity assessments within a consulting firm setting, focused on middle revenue cycle areas • Knowledge of state and federal governmental, legal, and regulatory provisions related to middle revenue cycle operations • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines • Must possess a smartphone or electronic device capable of downloading applications for multifactor authentication and security purposes
