📋 Description

• Manage interfaces and administer eligibility files for the group insurance business • Perform daily data loading and validation tasks • Communicate closely with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process • Make process improvement recommendations and foster automation in the development of tools for group insurance plan administration • Work on implementation of new autoloads and/or maintenance as needed • Manage and perform administrative tasks independently • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely and thorough manner • Validate changes and keep systems running smoothly, including reporting, data, and evaluations • Update data in internal systems, including peer reviews • Document and update administrative procedures and client requirements • Act as the first point of contact for clients, provide professional service, and communicate clearly • Respond to client requests and follow up within established timelines • Identify quality and efficiency gaps • Create client-focused, tested, and proven solutions • Promote continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in requirements analysis • 2 years of relevant experience • Good knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems • Very good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data • Expert ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data of medium to high complexity • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships • Excellent skills in customer approach • Ability to organize work and information methodically to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines • Fully bilingual (French/English) • English proficiency is required to perform the duties of the role, including daily collaboration with teams and partners outside Québec who operate primarily in English
