📋 Description

• Managing interfaces and administering eligibility files for the group insurance business. • Performing daily tasks related to data loading and validation. • Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders. • Employing a process improvement approach and fostering automation in tool development. • Managing and performing various administrative tasks independently. • Validating changes and keeping systems running smoothly (reporting, data, evaluations). • Updating data in internal systems, including peer reviews. • Documenting and updating administrative procedures and client requirements. • Suggesting process enhancements and supporting automation of work methods. • Acting as the first point of contact for clients by providing professional service and communicating clearly. • Responding to client requests, following up as required, and meeting established timelines. • Identifying gaps in quality and efficiency. • Creating client-focused, tested and proven solutions. • Promoting a continuous improvement approach.

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma, university degree or relevant experience in requirements analysis. • 2 years of relevant experience. • Good knowledge of group insurance plan administration and ability to learn new systems. • Very good knowledge of Excel and Office Suite and ability to manipulate and organize data. • Knowledge of VBA/SQL interfaces and languages is an asset. • Expert ability to assemble, analyze and evaluate data of medium to high complexity. • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships. • Excellent skills in customer approach. • Ability to organize work and information methodically to execute critical tasks in compliance with deadlines. • Fully bilingual (French/English).
