• Represent Medefy Health positively in the market • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop a territory specific go-to-market plan • Build a sales funnel through a variety of personal lead generation and prospecting activities • Leverage existing employee benefits channel relationships, while actively developing new ones • Own the sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting to pipeline management to closing • Communicate with prospects and leads to identify challenges and opportunities to add value • Pitch the platform to the appropriate stakeholders in organizations • Ensure customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business or related field experience • At least (3) three years of sales experience in employee benefit consulting, health plans, or employee benefit solutions • At least (1) one year of experience building and managing employee benefit consultant/broker channel relationships • Proven track record of delivering revenue in a relational selling environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to travel, as needed.
