📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end implementation process of software solutions for healthcare clients • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation lifecycle • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive implementation plans • Provide regular updates on project status, team performance, and client feedback
🎯 Requirements
• Experience managing multiple healthcare SaaS implementation projects • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive project plans • Experience identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, CRM platforms)
