• Monitor account health after Go-Live and create and execute action plans to increase adoption, maximize platform utilization, and prevent churn • Collaborate in implementing a scalable customer engagement strategy • Manage relationships with live customers to drive satisfaction, product adoption, retention, renewal, and expansion • Analyze, present, and discuss data insights with clinicians and administrators • Influence and collaborate with the Medtronic sales team to increase confidence in Touch Surgery Ecosystem technology and drive commercial results • Lead customer business reviews with clinical and administrative stakeholders • Communicate and collaborate with surgeons, nurses, administrators, OR managers, residents, and hospital IT • Maintain deep knowledge of the Touch Surgery Ecosystem and collaborate with product and engineering teams to incorporate client feedback into product development • Identify and discuss new product use cases and feature developments with hospital stakeholders • Understand and integrate the Touch Surgery Ecosystem with clinical workflows • Reinforce product training and introduce new features and upgrades to clinical teams • Perform product operation and troubleshooting with support from technical teams • Augment implementation capacity and assist with Go-Live activities for selected projects • Support the Midwest Region for Medtronic Digital Technologies as a field-based role with 75%+ travel
• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Valid driver's license • Minimum 4 years in customer success, account management, commercial roles or equivalent relevant experience (nice to have) • Business acumen and commercial mindset, with a track record of driving adoption of digital solutions in healthcare • Ability to communicate and influence effectively across multiple internal teams and customer departments • Ability to analyze customer data, extract actionable insights, and optimize customer engagement strategies • Strong project management skills • Experience with customer success software platforms prioritized • Operating Room experience from a clinical, technology, consultancy, or medical device perspective • Technical proficiency to understand the products and industry • Ability to work remotely and productively for an international company • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization requirements apply to roles below Principal level; this is a Principal-level role
