• Lead growth of Medtronic's Endovascular business within the assigned territory • Develop strategic customer relationships and drive adoption of innovative therapies • Achieve or exceed sales objectives • Provide healthcare professionals with product expertise, procedural support, and education • Develop and execute strategic territory plans • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategic account plans • Execute sales strategies to expand market presence • Manage territory operations, customer coverage, account records, expenses, and policy compliance • Scrub into aortic cases and provide clinical expertise, technical guidance, and real-time product support • Lead persuasive sales presentations and generate new business opportunities • Deliver timely customer solutions, product expertise, and education • Build internal partnerships and communicate market, customer, and competitive insights • Maintain clinical, technical, and competitive product knowledge • Travel to customer sites, transport products and equipment, stand or walk for prolonged periods, and work in clinical environments with exposure to radiation and infectious diseases
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 12+ years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree and 10+ years OR Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience • Relevant experience in sales, clinical, or related roles within medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • Candidates must reside within the assigned territory: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Northern Massachusetts • Ability to travel to multiple customer accounts throughout the region up to 80% of the time • Valid driver's license and active insurance required • Driving record must meet company standards • Ability to work and/or travel outside normal business hours, including evening and weekend on-call support • 5 years of Aortic Sales experience preferred • Demonstrated success in sales hunting and developing new accounts • Experience driving market penetration for innovative technologies • Consistent top-tier performance (Top 10%), including recognition such as President’s Club or equivalent awards • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required • Principal-level role sponsorship eligibility under Medtronic's U.S. work authorization policy
