• Grow sales and market share for an assigned territory by promoting, selling, and servicing Superficial Venous Intervention products • Develop new accounts and drive adoption of VenaSeal and Closure System products across the continuum of care for venous disease • Manage territory organization, planning, administration, and expenses ethically • Train medical staff on products and procedures • Meet AOP, sales budget, and account development targets • Develop and execute ongoing sales plans • Prospect among general/vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, interventional cardiologists, and other physicians treating venous disease • Identify opportunities in current and new customer bases, including hospitals, surgery centers, and physician offices • Leverage TAP programs, CVG collaboration, partnerships, contracts, and the full product portfolio to drive growth • Monitor market trends and competitive information and report relevant changes to sales management • Maintain account coverage and territory efficiency • Establish and maintain relationships with decision makers, customers, administrators, and staff • Drive value through disciplined pricing and use of contracts and Generator Utilization agreements • Understand customer needs, overcome objections, build consensus, gain commitments, and close business • Plan and deliver sales and product presentations • Maintain existing business and develop new opportunities • Represent the company at industry conferences and pursue sales leads • Develop strategies to counter competitors • Educate customers on product features and effective use • Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints • Plan cases with physicians, manage expectations, and improve outcomes • Engage physicians in clinical conversations about EndoVenous products • Work with marketing, customer service, finance, and other internal functions • Communicate market intelligence, competitor activity, leads, pricing, and account activity to sales management • Develop technical and clinical knowledge and understand competitive products • Participate in product and skills development programs • Maintain knowledge of the reimbursement landscape
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 8+ years relevant experience, OR Associate’s Degree AND 6+ years relevant experience, OR Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years relevant experience • Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences • 4+ years of B2B or medical device sales preferred • Degree in biological science or business preferred • Knowledge and experience in operating room, hospital, and physician’s office protocol/conduct • Ability to teach and educate medical personnel, peers, and technical support personnel • Demonstrated ability to work independently and drive results • Presentation skills • Business planning skills • Computer PC literacy • Ability to use technology and applications, including iPad and Salesforce.com • Willingness to travel, including potential overnight travel • Ability to work/travel weekends and evenings • On-call availability • Ability to transport product/equipment from car to hospital • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for up to eight-plus hours per day • Ability to travel extensively; approximately 10% of time • Ability to drive approximately 80% of the time within the assigned territory • Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy • Unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment • For baccalaureate degrees earned outside the United States, a degree satisfying 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required
