📋 Description

• Partner with stakeholders to define vision, strategy, and roadmap for automated workflows • Prioritize development work by balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business goals • Work across operations, development, and business intelligence teams to support successful delivery • Communicate workflow updates, plans, and features to internal teams and stakeholders • Support the launch and adoption of new workflow solutions • Gather user feedback on AI automation and translate insights into ongoing improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, engineering, computer science, or a related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in workflow design, operations leadership, or a similar role within healthcare revenue cycle • Experience supporting automation of revenue cycle processes • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing decisions • Employment eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire
