📋 Description

• Drive engineering-wide initiatives, technical and non-technical, that raise the bar for team performance and organizational growth. • Support and amplify proactive engineers, creating the conditions where good ideas surface, get heard, and move forward. • Own track-level ceremonies, kick-offs, cross-team syncs, retrospectives, while keeping teams autonomous in how they execute. • Partner closely with Product Managers to deliver user experiences that are intuitive, reliable, and well-built. • Build and maintain a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement. • Set a clear bar for individual performance, addressing concerns early and constructively. • Hire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers at multiple experience levels.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years managing engineering teams in a product company (not agency or outsourcing). • Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives. • Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks (career ladders, development plans, learning paths). • Ability to proactively identify problems, drive initiatives end-to-end, and make decisions even with incomplete information. • Strong ability to prioritize, execute on high-impact initiatives, and communicate when bandwidth is limited. • Advanced English (C1+) and fluent Russian.
