• Ship new capabilities users love • Design and build agentic workflows • Work with backend teams to define tool schemas • Own new capabilities end to end • Maintain and evolve Command's prompt architecture • Tune model behavior • Write and expand Command's eval harness
🎯 Requirements
• 7 or more years of software engineering experience • Deep technical expertise building and scaling LLM-powered applications in production • Experience designing agentic systems • Ability to architect multi-step workflows that are reliable and safe • Experience building eval infrastructure
