📋 Description

• As the Director of Business Development, you'll be responsible for driving bookings growth and maintaining the infrastructure necessary to achieve this goal. • You'll oversee the strategic direction, set objectives, and manage the Business Development function. • Your role includes creating strategic opportunities to grow customers, markets, and partner relationships, defining initiatives to increase profitability, and creating value for the organization and customers. • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. • Identify, develop, and implement growth opportunities to enhance the company's market position and financial performance. • Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking, partnerships, and online research. • Establish strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to expand the company's reach and customer base.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant experience. • Ability to provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established policies. • Ability to recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect multiple disciplines. • Ability to execute financials, business planning, organizational priorities, and workforce management. • Ability to follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. • Ability to develop and manage operational initiatives to deliver tactical results. • Interact frequently with subordinate supervisors, customers, and functional peer group professionals, involving matters between sections and multiple units. • Responsible for partnering with key contacts outside your area of expertise and other external stakeholders. • Ability to effectively communicate and present results and recommendations across disciplines.
