• manage Metric’s content needs • write engagement, fundraising, and mobilization emails • write digital ads, SMS campaigns and video ideas • develop engaging copy for websites, social media posts and reports • work with the Creative Director on messaging for campaigns • lead webinars or training in your area of expertise • review how work is performing and ensure copy meets best practices
• at least 4 years of experience writing for an agency, union, non-profit, political party or similar environment • superb writing skills and a proven ability to produce written material within a deadline • strong judgment and critical reasoning skills • ability to work independently and track progress and time • experience in planning, writing, and managing the production of marketing emails, online ads, video content, web content, and other creative assets • previous experience managing teams and/or contractors to produce finalized work • desire to push for creative ideas and embrace diverse trends, skills, specialties and viewpoints
