📋 Description

• Support the ongoing assessment and optimization of all global compensation strategies for Michael Kors, Jimmy Choo and Versace • Administer the equity program, including processing new grants and maintaining grant files and approvals • Maintain bonus accrual files for corporate bonuses and partner with finance to update expected attainment and coordinate year-end payment with finance • Process and distribute Target Agreement Forms for corporate bonus plans • Participate in the administration of the annual merit and variable pay plan process • Complete annual salary survey submissions globally and analyze survey results • Conduct competitive pay benchmarking analyses and financial modeling • Perform statistical analysis, data modeling and costing of global total rewards programs • Prepare charts and graphs for presentations regarding compensation, benefits, and HR analytics initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, ideally with an emphasis in finance, mathematics or computer science • 3 years of compensation experience required • Experience having gone through at least one merit cycle • Expert proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required (Excel test will be given) • Experience using an HRIS system; Workday preferred • Ability to be analytical and problem-solve • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and escalate issues when appropriate
