📋 Description

• Participate in all phases of the design process for electrical distribution systems • Oversee the distribution design process from project hand-off through construction completion • Manage QA/QC and training • Plan, direct, and coordinate designated projects • Ensure project goals and objectives are achieved within prescribed time and funding parameters • Coordinate field operations, design processes, and project activities • Address internal and external customer needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field • 5-7 years of related construction management, engineering, or related field • Experience coordinating field operations, QA/QC, training and design processes • Experience with GE Smallworld, SAP, or similar utility design and work management systems preferred • Strong communication and customer interaction skills • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision • Approximately 25% fieldwork and 75% office-based work • Minimal overnight travel; occasional overnight stays may be required
