📋 Description

• Support the design, development, and implementation of application integrations under the guidance of senior team members • Assist with A2A integrations across cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to-on-premise, and on-premise-to-on-premise scenarios • Help migrate legacy integration processes into a centralized, standardized platform • Assist in gathering and documenting reference data sources and supporting reference and master data management strategies • Build data integration pipelines using modern data engineering tools and practices • Develop and maintain data workflows and automate recurring processes • Build data processing solutions using Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Snaplogic, Workato, or similar tools • Follow data governance, data privacy, and security standards • Support CI/CD pipelines for integration and deployment of data solutions • Collaborate with senior engineers and business and technical teams during a large-scale enterprise transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field • 3–5 years of experience in application integration, data engineering, or systems engineering • Exposure to Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Snaplogic, Workato, or similar data/application integration tools • Working proficiency with SQL and Python • Experience with relational databases • Foundational experience with data analysis, data profiling, data mapping, and ETL processes • Basic familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to collaborate across business and technical teams • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced project environment and learn quickly • Preferred: exposure to Azure Fabric or other cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP • Preferred: exposure to HRIS, Finance, Legal, or Professional Services Automation systems • Preferred: familiarity with data governance or master data management concepts • Preferred: interest in or coursework related to insurance, risk management, or financial services • Preferred: awareness of regulatory requirements related to data privacy and security
