📋 Description

• Able to propose, validate, or correct the design of microservice-based solutions. • Guide the team in decision-making regarding design patterns, project architectures, testing, etc. • Advise which problems to address first based on technical and business impact. • Promote best practices: testing (unit and integration), documentation, code reviews, and technical debt management. • Train and mentor team developers in new technologies and best practices. • Remove blockers and prevent stagnation in technical decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completed) • Spanish - Fluent • Experience leading technical teams • Ability to manage tasks and prioritize • Knowledge of microservice-based architecture • Experience with Spring Boot • Experience with Java • Experience working with JPA (Hibernate, Spring Data) • Knowledge of inter-microservice communication, both synchronous and asynchronous (JMS, Feign clients, etc.) • API design and development (API First Design) • Familiarity with the OpenAPI specification and Swagger • Good knowledge of relational databases (primarily Oracle and PostgreSQL) • Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar • Knowledge of observability: distributed tracing, centralized logging, metrics (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.) • Microservices security: OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and API Gateway management • Experience using agile tracking tools such as JIRA • Knowledge of design patterns and Clean Code principles • Familiarity with Unix-based operating systems • Experience in application testing (unit and integration tests, etc.) using Mockito, JUnit • Knowledge of software version control
