📋 Description

• Take ad angles, hooks, and messaging briefs from creative strategists and ideate visual concepts • Generate high-quality, original imagery using AI image generation tools • Work on 4 briefs per day, generating 12–18 images per brief • Push creative boundaries with humor, unexpected compositions, surreal imagery, and unconventional visual angles • Collaborate with creative strategists in real time, iterate on feedback, and refine prompts • Hand off final imagery to the in-house design team for compositing into finished static ads • Maintain understanding of each client's brand and category so imagery fits their voice and audience • Stay current on AI image generation tools, models, and techniques and test new capabilities • Track prompts and visuals, organize generated assets, and maintain reference libraries • Meet KPIs for quality, creativity, first- or second-pass approval, turnaround speed, collaboration, range, and originality • Progress through the 30/60/90-day ramp toward independent work across multiple client accounts and contributing visual concept ideas

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of hands-on experience generating commercial-grade visuals with AI image tools • Experience with Midjourney, Higgsfield, Flux, Nano Banana, DALL-E, Stable Diffusion, or similar platforms • Portfolio of AI-generated work demonstrating strong aesthetic judgment, creative range, and striking imagery • Very fluent written and spoken English • Clear, fast, articulate communication • Ability to develop multiple unexpected visual directions from a one-line ad angle • Strong visual taste and ability to distinguish high-impact imagery from generic output • Fast iteration mindset and comfort producing multiple variations, receiving feedback, and refining quickly • Deep familiarity with AI image generation • Familiarity with performance marketing and direct-response advertising is a strong plus
