📋 Description

• Mitel is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join our sales team in Canada. • The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners. • Conduct direct sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Canadian market. • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through virtual meetings and F2F interactions. • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies. • Provide regular reports on sales activities and performance. • Deliver forecasts to leadership and maintain salesforce hygiene. • Navigate Mitel systems and organization for support and collaboration. • Understanding and positioning Mitel solutions and roadmap. • Leverage sales skills such as MEDPICC, Richardson or similar sales methodologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree, or experience in lieu of education • 3+ years of proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the Canadian market with a focus on telecommunication, enterprise networking and/or associated technologies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Background with salesforce and/or alternative CRM tools to maintain funnel and organize account plans and opportunity plans • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach • Willingness to travel within Canada • Additional Skills (Advantageous): Bi-lingual in French
