•Driving and executing sales in your territory. •Develop and strengthen relationships with partners through consistent communication and interaction with regular in-store visits and events •Completing product training for both in season and pre-book lines; ensure accounts understand the value proposition and brand differentiation •Assist accounts with visual merchandising and inventory management •Manage all pertinent regional trade shows and events within the territory; participate in national shows and events as needed (e.g. PGA Show) •Prospecting and opening new accounts to support sales growth and align to the Brand •Present opportunities for soft shops or fixtures in order to create a bigger brand moment, as well as tournament opportunities •Maintain clear visibility of business performance and provide supervisor regular reporting on both quantitative metrics and qualitative feedback from accounts •Contributing to the culture and success of Mizzen+Main
