📋 Description

• Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS and Azure) • Own and manage DNS, networking, VPNs, and infrastructure components across hybrid environments • Administer and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and JumpCloud directory services • Integrate and manage identity and access using Okta and SSO technologies • Support and maintain Cloudflare configurations (DNS, WAF, Zero Trust) • Lead and evolve DevOps practices: infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automation • Provide remote system administration support for Windows, macOS, and Linux environments • Oversee and participate in L1/L2 IT support escalations where required across the portfolio • Monitor system health and performance, respond to incidents, and support on-call operations as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, CloudOps, or Systems Engineering role • Strong hands-on experience with both AWS and Azure • Experience with JumpCloud, Azure AD, and M365 administration • Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.) • Deep understanding of networking, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and routing • Experience with Okta (SSO, MFA, lifecycle management) • Comfortable supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux systems • Solid experience with Cloudflare management • Strong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindset
