📋 Description

• Lead the B2B inbound marketing function within the home services vertical • Own inbound marketing strategy and performance, including MQL generation, organic and paid acquisition channels, landing pages, and lead capture programs • Establish and achieve MQL, pipeline, and revenue goals • Analyze funnel performance and marketing data to identify optimization and growth opportunities • Develop and oversee B2B events and trade show programs • Oversee the marketing technology stack, reporting infrastructure, and workflow processes through the Marketing Operations Manager • Ensure data integrity, accurate attribution, and reliable funnel reporting using Salesforce as the system of record • Maintain intake, approval, and operational processes across marketing functions • Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy across inbound marketing, events, and marketing operations • Partner with Sales, Product/IT, and Account Management teams • Lead, coach, and develop marketing professionals and managers • Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the marketing organization • Identify and implement process improvements • Provide leadership with data-driven recommendations on risks, opportunities, and trade-offs

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing and developing marketing professionals or managers • Deep hands-on experience leading an inbound marketing or demand generation function, including MQLs, inbound channels, and pipeline contribution • Experience managing inbound marketing, events or field marketing, and marketing operations • Strong experience utilizing Salesforce and CRM data to measure marketing performance and contribution to pipeline and revenue • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution • Experience building recommendations based on data analysis and resolving data gaps before making decisions • Strong attention to detail and track record of delivering accurate, high-quality work • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership • Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to evaluate business impact and drive practical solutions • Experience with Tableau or other marketing reporting and dashboarding tools preferred • Experience in home improvement, home services, marketplace, lead generation, or B2B SaaS industries preferred • Experience working in a remote corporate environment and building marketing operations processes preferred
