📋 Description

• Turn strong observations and clear directions into finished content under the senior designer’s guidance • Create posters, image posts, carousels, and typeset Signals • Design layouts for essays and short films • Produce clean variations of approved concepts for testing and distribution • Organize templates, source material, and reusable creative • Run the publishing calendar and schedule content across channels • Monitor performance, including saves, shares, follower growth, return visits, and high-performing pieces • Listen to audience questions, objections, and language to inform future work • Escalate customer, product, or sensitive issues to the appropriate person • Deliver a weekly performance report • Publish and listen without handling public brand replies or community management

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio or body of finished, made work • Experience shipping a high volume of finished work while maintaining quality • Command of typography, composition, crop, and grade • AI-fluent execution across drafting, layout, and variations • Strong creative judgment and restraint • Ability to lay out written observations without flattening them • Ability to take direction without every decision being spelled out • Hunger and speed to produce excellent work and improve quickly • Based in Canada • Portfolio showcasing relevant writing, social posts, campaigns, videos, or other creative work • Canadian work authorization or other applicable employment eligibility
