📋 Description

• Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and presentations showing product value and capabilities • Partner with Account Executives to win new business and provide technical expertise throughout sales opportunities • Understand customer requirements and develop customized solutions for specific goals • Plan and prepare demos with minimal guidance • Answer technical questions and provide product training and troubleshooting support during evaluations or pilots • Build and maintain demo videos and demo environments • Contribute to RFP responses and answer technical follow-up questions • Troubleshoot and resolve demo or environment issues • Document solution details and customer feedback • Keep knowledge resources and demo environments current • Share feedback with Product Management • Stay current on product features, nonprofit and association technology trends, competitive products, and emerging tools • Share knowledge with newer Solutions Engineers • Assist with customer escalations and other duties assigned by the manager • Report to the Manager/Director, Solutions Engineering and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a sales, technical support, or engineering role • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field • Experience supporting associations or nonprofit organizations is a plus • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Ability to learn and master new software and product updates quickly • Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple, shifting priorities across several opportunities in a fast-paced environment • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Customer-first mindset with excellent service orientation • Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical abilities • Coachable, with a genuine desire for continuous improvement • Comfortable working normal office hours with extended periods of computer use • Occasional travel may be required • Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship • Minimum age of 18
