📋 Description
• Build and grow a new market for a European healthcare scale-up in Canada • Generate and close new pilot projects with LTC Homes • Convert pilots into long-term partnerships • Maintain and expand relationships within existing accounts • Spend 70% of time in LTC homes across Southern Ontario • Proactively build own pipeline through calls, visits, and conferences
🎯 Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in a commercial role • Experience owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing • Driver's license and a reliable car • Ability to engage with decision-makers and identify key challenges • Proficiency in building a market with limited structure • Comfortable interacting at management levels within LTC organizations
