📋 Description

• Own global pricing for MoneyGram Online as a P&L, accountable for revenue, contribution margin, take rate, and profitability • Identify and quantify digital pricing opportunities supporting growth, margin optimization, customer acquisition, and retention • Set corridor pricing strategies and guardrails balancing short-term performance, long-term customer value, and brand trust • Develop digital pricing models covering FX spreads, fees, corridor economics, elasticity, and competitive benchmarking • Lead pricing experimentation, including automation, A/B testing, pilots, cohort-based pricing, and lifecycle-driven offers • Partner with Product to develop pricing tools • Translate economic shifts into actionable pricing strategies and measurable financial outcomes • Partner with Finance and Analytics to forecast pricing impacts, quantify trade-offs, and support planning and investment decisions • Provide leadership visibility into pricing drivers, risks, and opportunities across the global digital portfolio • Act as digital pricing thought leader across Business, Finance, Product, and Marketing • Build pricing investment cases through data-backed recommendations and structured decision frameworks • Report directly to the Head of Global Pricing

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in pricing within remittance, fintech, payments, or related domains • Strong background in growth and transformation business environments • Deep understanding of pricing economics, including FX-based pricing, fees, elasticity, corridor-level performance, and customer segmentation • Strong analytical and financial acumen • Ability to translate insights into clear strategic and operational decisions • Experience leading experimentation and using data for continuous optimization • Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex technical/financial concepts simply • High bias for action; thrives in fast-moving, evolving environments
