📋 Description

• Develop and maintain payment microservices, BaaS, and regulatory integrations in .NET (C#) and Python; • Design and evolve REST APIs for partners, focusing on contracts, versioning, and developer experience (DX); • Implement resilience and fault-tolerance patterns (retry, circuit breaker, idempotency, dead-letter); • Build auditability, traceability, and structured logging solutions compliant with BCB requirements; • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, autonomously diagnosing production incidents; • Perform code reviews and support the technical growth of engineers on the team; • Contribute to architecture decisions through ADRs and technical documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in backend development, with a focus on distributed systems and high availability; • Proficiency in .NET (C#), including ASP.NET Core, Python, background services, and resilience patterns (e.g., Polly); • Experience with asynchronous messaging (RabbitMQ, Kafka, AWS SQS, IBM MQ, or similar); • Strong knowledge of AWS, relational databases, and transactional data modeling; • Ability to work with production observability (logs, metrics, and traces).
