📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account-related questions • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions • Demonstrate active listening skills and empathy while assisting customers • Navigate multiple systems and platforms to effectively support customers • Participate in training sessions and team meetings as required • Meet performance metrics and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Must reside in Florida • High school diploma or equivalent required • 0–1 years of customer service experience required • Previous call center experience is a plus but not required • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
